We have extensive experience in manufacturing customized car floor mats using advanced equipment specifically for TPE production. Our main markets include North America, Eastern Asia, Southeast Asia, and Australia, serving customers worldwide.
Accurate weighing of SEBS/SBS elastomer and additives, mixed at 100ºC~120ºC to ensure a homogeneous premix.
Premix is fed into a twin-screw extruder at 160ºC~190ºC, extruded, cooled, and cut into uniform TPE pellets.
TPE sheets are heated to 120ºC~150ºC and vacuum-pressed against custom molds to match specific car models.
Automated or manual fine trimming removes excess edges, maintaining a fit error within ±0.5mm.
Application of anti-slip patterns, wear-resistant coatings, or flocking for enhanced texture and sound absorption.
Rigorous checks for dimensional accuracy, appearance defects, and mechanical properties before packaging.
