2. Melt Extrusion Granulation

Premix is fed into twin-screw extruders at 160ºC~190ºC, creating uniform TPE pellets for molding.

3. Blister Molding

Custom molds use vacuum pressure and heat (120ºC~150ºC) to shape sheets into precise car floor contours.

4. Precision Trimming

Automatic and manual trimming ensures edges are smooth and fit errors are controlled within ±0.5mm.

5. Quality Inspection

Strict dimensional accuracy, appearance defect checks, and mechanical property testing before packaging.
