Accurately weigh SEBS/SBS elastomer, softening plasticizer, filler, and additives. Stir at 100ºC~120ºC to form a homogeneous premix.
Feed premix into a twin-screw extruder at 160ºC~190ºC. Extrude into strips, cool, and cut into uniform TPE pellets for injection molding.
Heat TPE sheets to 120ºC~150ºC. Use vacuum systems and atmospheric pressure to press sheets against customized molds for different car models.
Perform fine trimming via automatic machines or manually to ensure body fit, with error controlled within ±0.5mm.
Press anti-slip patterns or apply wear-resistant coatings to improve friction and scratch resistance.
Strict checks for dimensional accuracy, appearance defects, and mechanical properties before packaging.
