We have extensive experience in manufacturing customized TPE car floor mats using advanced equipment. Our main markets include North America, Eastern Asia, Southeast Asia, and Australia.


The production of TPE car floor mats is a meticulous process using premium Thermoplastic Elastomer raw materials selected for durability and flexibility.
1. Raw Material Pretreatment and ProportioningAccurately weigh elastomers and additives. Stir at 100ºC~120ºC for 5~8 minutes for even component dispersion.
2. Melt Extrusion GranulationPremix is fed into a twin-screw extruder at 160ºC~190ºC, cooled, and cut into uniform TPE pellets.
3. Blister MoldingSheets are heated to 120ºC~150ºC and vacuum-pressed into custom car model molds for 15~25 seconds.
4. Precision Trimming and ShapingEdges are finely trimmed manually or by machine, with errors controlled within ±0.5mm for a perfect fit.
5. Surface Functional TreatmentAnti-slip pattern pressing or wear-resistant coating is applied to enhance friction and durability.
6. Quality Inspection and PackagingDimensional and defect checks are performed before individual packaging marked with car model specs.
