Product Description

ESD450G is a fully automatic medium speed side sealing machine with automatic film feeding, punching, coating, and sealing.
The sealing part consists of horizontal and side sealing, both controlled independently for a perfect midline effect.
Horizontal sealing is driven by a servo motor, ensuring uniform strength and fast, stable cutting.
Manual adjustment film-guide system and feeding platform accommodate various product widths and heights.
Equipped with a Panasonic PLC programmable controller and a 7-inch user-friendly interface.
Digital temperature controller with built-in PID function for extremely accurate blade temperature.
Automatic protection function on sealing blades prevents accidental cutting.
Perfect for photo frames, flooring, aluminum profiles, and wood products.
