Chrome plated shelves are better for dry environment use. For wet environments, powder coating or zinc plated covered by epoxy finish provides superior rust resistance. Our chrome wire shelving is qualified to high standards, passing 24-hour salt spray testing.
What is the lead time for a container order?
Generally 30 days for the first order and 25 days for repeat orders for catalog items. Customized items are evaluated based on the specific design requirements.
Can you provide customized design wire shelves?
Yes, we are professional manufacturers of steel wire and round tube products. We welcome new design drawings and OEM inquiries for customized storage solutions.
What happens if the shelves are overloaded?
If the overloading is not excessive, the shelf will remain in good condition, though the middle of the shelf might bend slightly. It is recommended to stay within the weight limits for longevity.
What kind of testing do you perform on these racks?
We conduct salt & spray testing, coating thickness tests, corrosion resistance tests, loading capacity tests, tension tests, and packing drop tests in our inspection room.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and payment terms?
The MOQ is 100 sets per item. Standard payment terms are T/T 30% deposit with the balance against shipping documents, or L/C at sight.
