Construction Methods

Step 1: Mixing

Mix powder:water at 1:(0.25-0.3) ratio. Pour water first, then add powder. Use within 30 minutes; do not add extra water after mixing.

Step 2: Coating Application

Apply multiple uniform coats using a stiff bristle brush. Perform curing after each coat. Apply subsequent coats after surface whitens or within 12 hours.

Step 3: Dry Powder Method

Uniformly broadcast powder at 1.5kg/m² over wet concrete. Incorporate using power trowels or wooden floats.

Step 4: Curing

Cure using mist-spray water or wet burlap for minimum 72 hours (7 days optimal).

Precautions

  • Maintain substrate cleanliness; ensure conditions are free from moisture, dust, and loose elements.
  • Minimum two-coat application recommended with 90-degree cross-directional pattern.
  • Reinforce treatment for pipe penetrations, drains, corners, and expansion joints.
  • Prohibit traffic and water exposure until completely dry. Protect from sharp objects.
